=BFB= COD4 Week Two PDF Print
Written by BFB Author

Week two has been completed of the DoGaming COD4 Leagues and =BFB= are seated amongst the clouds at the moment! laRd tied for 2nd after defeating DI. The muPtarDs are comfortably seated on the throne in 1st, in the 1st Division.

Starting off with the muPtarDs, they faced off against one of the strongest sides in the 1st Division this week, ]HSP[Malva. The Malva team in fact defeated the UBS.Saints, as well as ATF.A team in the previous Afrihost One Night Cup. The map was mp_backlot. A side which favours the defending team, but only slightly. A team with the right co-ordination and tactics can win the attacking half. The muPtarDs showed their true skill and ability and attacked hard and fast. They applied pressure onto the HSP Defenders and managed to take the half 6 - 6. This already looked good as the map does lean a slight bit towards the defending half.

The muPtarDs traded round for round until the score was tied at 8 - 8. And then something just clicked for the =BFB= side. muPtarDs pulled ahead, winning round after round and only dropping one more on defence. They closed the game out 15 - 9. A fantastic performance against one of the toughest teams this leg. With the win, and the round difference from last weeks game they are seated 1st on the log tied with sN for points.

1st Division Week 2

=BFB= muPtarDs sitting 1st with two strong victories.

However even though they are sitting tight in first place. The muPs cannot rest on their laurels. They have the toughest teams in the league coming up for the next few games. Facing off against iMG on Crossfire, Borg on strike and sN on citystreets. If =BFB= can come out on top of the following 3 games, it looks like they can close out the league and remain on the comfortable throne.

laRd on the other hand are sitting tied for second place in the Premier League.  In the first round there was 2 draws, meaning 4 teams were all seated on the same points. Week two has seen miNt and sec8 taking losses to sG and Pantheon respectively. This means that laRd is sharing a seat with sG.

laRd faced off against DI this week on mp_backlot and the event was trodden with technical problems. Captain and caller qu1k_sh0t timing out alongside d3tox and DarknessDawns experiencing ping related problems as well. Amidst the technical problems =BFB= still managed to pull home a win. Managing to take 7 rounds on the attacking half.

Being 7 - 5 up going into Defence laRd was quietly confident they could take the remainder of the rounds with relative ease. And for the most part laRd did. They managed to take a total of 9 more closing the game out 16 - 8. DI however must be commended they had some insanely fast rush's into the A bomb site and with some more co-ordination they could be a lot stronger.

Premier League Week 2

=BFB= laRd seated 2nd on a higher round difference than sG

laRd however have a mountain to climb if they are to finish first. The next few weeks will determine just how high up the ladder laRd will finish this leg. Facing off against vF on crossfire, then section8 on strike and sG on citystreets means that Brazen and Pantheon are the last teams that laRd will face. Hopefully some wins in the coming weeks can position laRd to take on Brazen and Pantheon.

After the second week =BFB= is seated high up in both divisions and hopefully can retain their positions!

Good Luck and Have Fun.
